Research & Development

The primary objective of Dynaplak’s R&D organisation is to actively and creatively support our customers, thereby creating successful, innovative products of value for our customers and which satisfy consumer needs.

The focus of our research is towards new products which perform better and at lower cost than existing (raw)materials and which are innovative, safe and environmentally friendly. The structure of the R&D department mirrors the operating divisions, in addition to a pilot plant for scaling-up starch modification.

The majority of our active research projects are very closely connected with our customers’ needs and this ensures that we work very closely with the creation, application and business development teams of our Adhesive, Starch and Equipment divisions.

Krosflex® Compounds for Paints

Dynaplak has developed in the first stage of our R&D project together with paint manufacturers. Two new binder products based on the Krosflex® Starch Technology.

Krosflex® Adhesives_Range

Dynaplak has developed a new family of starch adhesives, called krosflex. By redesigning starch molecules on a molecular level, we have created new biopolymer that form high solids dispersions with excellent stability parameters.
